Reservoir Occupational Therapy
Evaluations
An occupational therapy evaluation identifies strengths and potential areas of need that impact a student’s functional participation in the school and home environments. We help put together the pieces of the puzzle so that you can understand exactly what your student needs to succeed.
Conducted by DC licensed and NBCOT certified occupational therapists
Available for children and adolescents
Three different levels of evaluation available depending on student need
Assess functional skills that include, but are not limited to, activities of daily living (ADL’s), instrumental activities of daily living (IADL’s), handwriting, and keyboarding
Include standardized testing for gross and fine motor skills, visual spatial perception, visual motor integration, sensory processing and executive function, as well as clinical observations.
Detailed evaluative reports within 4-6 weeks of testing include interpretation of results, recommendations for academic accommodations and interventions, and development of occupational therapy goals, if warranted.
